Julián Segura

A Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali, with a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. With more than six years of experience in business and corporate law in law firms and companies in the service sector, foreign trade, and logistics; specifically in corporate governance and liability regime of directors, corporate conflicts and litigation, incorporation, and transformation of companies, M&A, business groups and conglomerates, commercial contracts, and competition law. He is also a winner of the Excellence in Justice Award, for the best academic research in law in 2019, granted by The Excellence in Justice Corporation – Colombia.
